FKA Kickboxing workouts offer several benefits for your body and mind, and are a great choice for getting out of a fitness rut. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just getting started with a workout routine, FKA can help you reach your fitness goals if you wish to follow a structured route or just come along and enjoy it.

The type of workout we do helps you release endorphins which will give your mood a boost and help you feel more confident, make you feel happier and more positive for several hours after the workout and reduces stress. 

BODY

Kickboxing burns over 800 calories per hour to help you become leaner, the cross-training workout, improves posture, and the instructors guide you to increase your reflexes, coordination speed.

DofE

DFSK encourages & supports students aged 14 to 24 years old who participate in the DofE (The Duke of Edinburgh Award) challenge using Kickboxing as part of the physical section and those with a bit more experience can volunteer in classes

As independent assessors, DFSK helps develop key attributes such as leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, communication, confidence, consideration and the ability to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The FKA is more than a club, it's a family of students and instructors that encourages and supports leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, communication, confidence, consideration for others and the ability to learn.

Each of our experienced Junior and Senior students naturally motivates and guides their peers to improve their technique and speed.
